Your coach is a mandated reporter and may be required to take action if you share information indicating harm to yourself or others, or abuse of a minor/elder. Communications via apps like Telegram or Voxer are subject to the platform's privacy terms. We recommend clients use discretion when sharing sensitive information.

While Jessica Jo PLLC is not a medical provider or traditional therapy practice, we strive to uphold high standards of confidentiality and use HIPAA-level practices where applicable.
