1. Introduction

Welcome to HeyJessicaJo.com ("Website"). This Website is owned and operated by Jessica Jo PLLC, a Utah-based coaching and consulting business. By accessing this site or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.


2. General Website Use

The content on this Website is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not therapy, mental health treatment, or medical advice. Using this site or engaging with content does not create a coach-client relationship unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. By using this Website, you agree not to:

Copy, scrape, or distribute content without permission Use this Website for illegal, harmful, or exploitative purposes Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or backend systems


3. Coaching Services (Always Connected Hybrid Coaching)

Always Connected Hybrid Coaching (ACHC) offers a mix of voice/text support, optional live sessions via Google Meet or Zoom, and personalized action-based support.

All packages must be paid in full or on a payment plan as agreed upon at sign-up. Sessions must be used within the designated timeframe. Unused sessions do not roll over. Clients may request one 30-day pause per package; access resumes automatically 30 days from the pause date. No refunds will be issued once coaching has begun. Clients who disengage or "ghost" remain responsible for payment.


4. Corporate Coaching & Training

Corporate clients agree to:

Pay a deposit to secure services. Pay the remaining balance on the final day of services. Provide 7 days’ notice to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future date. Understand reschedules may not occur in the same quarter.


5. In-Home Intensive Services

Due to the complexity and cost of travel, in-home intensive services require:

Full payment prior to services. Minimum 3 weeks' notice to reschedule. Clients will incur all associated rescheduling fees (airfare, accommodations, etc.).


6. Speaking & Guest Appearances

Agreements for speaking, interviews, or guest appearances are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unless otherwise stated, speaking engagements are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled without express written consent.


7. Payments, Refunds, and Scheduling Policies

All payments are processed via Stripe. For digital products or online courses, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Coaching, corporate, intensive, and speaking packages are non-refundable once begun. ACHC sessions require 24-hour notice to reschedule; missed sessions are counted as used. Payment plans must be honored. Late payments may result in paused access and a 10% late fee after 14 days.


8. App & Asynchronous Coaching Guidelines (ACHC)

The coach responds during business hours (Mon–Fri, MST).Limit audio/video submissions to 15 minutes total before receiving a response. Clients must be fully clothed, sitting upright, and not in bed when sending images or videos. Coaches are mandated reporters and will report any abuse or threats of harm to appropriate authorities.


9. Intellectual Property

All coaching frameworks, worksheets, recordings, downloads, and written content are the intellectual property of Jessica Jo PLLC. By accessing services or content, you agree:

10. Legal Disclaimers & Use of Site

Your coach is a licensed therapist in Utah but does not provide therapy through this Website. Coaching is a distinct service under ICF guidelines. We do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders through this platform. All content is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding results. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.


11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing arbitration or legal action.


12. HIPAA & Privacy

While your coach adheres to HIPAA-level standards of confidentiality, coaching is not covered under HIPAA in the same way that licensed therapy is. Please review our [Privacy Policy] for detailed information about data collection and protection.
